We visit relatives in Diamond Bar. It offers nice playgrounds and hiking areas . Close to other cities for shopping and activities. Would not recommend Best Western until they finish major room renovations !

Location is great and staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Poor water pressure and TV was not plugged in for some reason, a minor inconvenience. Current Pandemic situation has caused limited access to some features. Overall a fair to good visit with potential to be excellent.
